As HR specialist you will provide support for 2 HR business partners in their daily operations which include amongst others recruitment, staffing, training & development, performance monitoring & employee counseling.
There are no direct supervisory responsibilities, and you will report to the HR BP Group Manager.Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities & the onboarding of interns and new employees

Assist in workforce planning for both permanent & contingent workforce

Assist in HR-related projects

Maintain employee records & administration
-
Act as a point of the contact for the employees and managers in the respective departments

Follow up on reporting & metrics

Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
Your profile
Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Dutch)

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience

Min 3 years working experience in multiple domains of soft HR, preferably in an international context
