Job purpose:
As a HR Specialist you will be responsible for providing local HR support in main areas below leveraging knowledge of local / regional / cultural nuances and handling unique language and time zone requirements:

  • Employee Engagement / Employee Experience/ Retention
  • Member of various project teams supporting our Winning culture
  • HR operating model local partner of HRBPs, COEs and Managers.


In addition to this, HR Specialist plays a key role in supporting all HR activities and programs, in support of our Winning Culture Strategy.
This role oversees employees in Bielany office, as well as employees based in Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans and Nordic countries.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring HR Operating Model is adhered to, and high level of employee self-service and HR Now adoption rates are maintained. Propose HR processes improvement across all client groups.
  • Handling HR documentation, time & attendance and other admin activities related to employee lifecycle
  • Support HRBP with employee and / or labour relations issues. Activities may include (but not limited to) :
  • conducting investigations, managing appeals, addressing misconduct, issuing corrective action.
  • In line with legal requirements process voluntary and involuntary separations for in-scope employees, mitigating any potential risks, manage in-scope life cycle processes and leaves of absences/accommodations to deploy employee wellness initiatives
  • Ensuring first level of compliance regarding local regulations linked with the labor and social relation manager
  • Advising managers out of the local scope about the local regulations
  • Execute onboarding of new hires in collaboration with local site team
  • Share insights and trends with key stakeholders to drive more effective / efficient HR customer service delivery. Keep respective HRBPs up to date with local matters.
  • Follow changes in legislation and ensure inside policies and documentation are compliant.
  • Be a point of contact for HRCE data needs - assist with lifecycle events that require data analysis across the region.
  • Plays a role in supporting business and HR activities, initiatives programs, and projects in support of our winning culture
  • Roll-out global, regional and local communications (HR programs, Agreements, local regulations, ...) and ensure the follow-up.


About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a HR Generalist or related progressive HR experience
  • Master's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
  • Professional Human Resources certification is considered an asset
  • Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and understanding of executive conciseness (Polish & English)
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Integrity and confidentiality: Demonstrating professional integrity, confidentiality and ethics in all interactions is essential to earning the trust of employees and maintaining credibility in the role of Human Resources Business Partner
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office tools
  • Fluent in English and Polish
