Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. We are looking for someone who is going to play an integral part in taking our people operations and employee experience to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to improve employee performance
  • Identify skills and competency gaps, and devise development plans
  • Oversee career progression planning
  • Plan training sessions for sensitive subjects such as diversity and inclusion
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with HR team to implement company policies and programs
  • Conduct performance reviews and evaluations
  • Ensure high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Handle recruitment and hiring processes
  • Encourage continuous learning and mentorship within the organization
  • Communicate effectively with HR team members and management on career development projects in the HR field (process and development review, talent review,...)
  • Consulting and offering professional support to managers
  • Occasionally use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and conduct absences administration
  • Process documentation and creating HR reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • University degree in HR, organization (BA) or relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices with at least three years of work experience in the HR field
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Fluent in Slovene, Croatian and English
  • Advanced skills for working with office tools
  • Driver's license
  • Systematic, accurate, reliabile and non-conflict
  • High communication and organizational skills, able to motivate, influence and manage employees

Additional Information

The employment relationship will be concluded full-time for an indefinite period, with a 6 (six) month trial period.
