HR Sourcing Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Sourcing Specialist for a part-time contract role on our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. You will work closely with our HR team to build a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring that we meet our hiring needs with highly qualified individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for recruiting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and talent databases to build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications to match them with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, talent markets, and competitor hiring practices to ensure a competitive edge in sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Outreach: Develop and implement creative outreach strategies to engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships with top talent.
- Reporting: Track and report on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline status, and other key metrics to provide insight into the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing strategies, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume or specialized environment and international settings.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms and social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
- Experience in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a specific industry or niche recruiting (e.g., IT, Sales) is a bonus.
