Join us as an HR Services Advisor and play a key role in guiding our global clients through seamless HR processes. As the main point of contact for HR inquiries across the worker lifecycle, you’ll collaborate closely with the local HR Services Manager and global teams to ensure smooth onboarding, legal compliance, and successful delivery of complex HR projects.

How you will make a difference: 
 

Primary HR Contact:
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR inquiries throughout the worker life cycle.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new GEO workers.

Process Coordination:
- Support HR process delivery, including handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR operations.

Contract Management:
- Assist in developing and maintaining employment contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in contract management.

Project Support:
- Collaborate with the HR Services Manager on complex HR projects.
- Provide advice on salary analysis and recommendations.

Offboarding Assistance:
- Support offboarding processes, including exits and retirements.
- Maintain employee data in compliance with local laws.

Collaboration & Project Participation:
- Engage in various projects as requested by the line manager.
- Work with internal teams like Sales, Operations, and Line Management.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
- Work with the HR Services Manager to enhance HR efficiency.

Benefit Collaboration:
- Ensure legally compliant benefit packages for workers in collaboration with benefit providers.
- Provide benefit costing updates to Supply Chain and Line Management.

Payroll Support:
- Assist with payroll-related tasks as needed.

 

What will give you an advantage:   

  • Proven hands-on HR experience, bringing deep knowledge and expertise to the role.

  • Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Solid experience navigating local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance at all levels.

  • A keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to stay resilient under pressure.

  • Demonstrated accountability and a strong sense of initiative—you take ownership and drive results.

  • Deadline-driven with experience in Zendesk or any ticketing system (a big plus!).

  • A customer-service mindset, always focused on delivering top-tier support and solutions.
