Job Description
The Role
As an HR Reward Adviser, you’ll play a critical role in crafting and delivering reward strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and performance while aligning with our strategic objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with key partners, lead exciting projects, and make a real impact on how we attract, engage, and retain top talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Shape Reward Strategies: Design reward plans that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our strategic goals.
- Benchmark Industry Standards: Conduct salary surveys, compensation analysis, and benefits benchmarking to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop Policies: Create and update policies on compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance to managers and HR on reward matters, including salary reviews and incentive programs.
- Maintain Compliance: Stay ahead of emerging legislation to shape policies that meet legal and internal standards.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop clear, engaging materials to help employees and managers understand and value our reward programs.
- Leverage Data: Use data and advanced analytics to evaluate reward effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Automation skills (e.g., macros) are a plus!
- Drive Reward Projects: Lead and support reward-related projects, collaborating with HR, corporate teams, and business units to deliver success.
