Meet the Team:
Our team plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate data across Workday and its associated systems, ensuring compliance with data governance and integrity standards. We take pride in developing subject matter expertise in data entry, review, and audit procedures to uphold these standards consistently.
Where you come in:
- Maintains data in Workday and all downstream systems associated with Workday data.
- Develops subject matter expert level knowledge of data entry review and audit procedures to ensure adherence to data governance and data integrity standards.
- Perform Benefits and/or Preboarding processes that supports global countries.
- Monitors system queues for all change requests, including new hire, termination, and all other employee related changes. Reviews all requests for accuracy, validity, and required documentation and approvals.
- Serves as the gatekeeper for all employee changes, and ensures consistency, and adherence HR policy and procedures regarding timing, eligibility, and consistency of requested and approved changes.
- Develops and maintains standard user documentation, such as SOP’s, and internal knowledge base articles pertaining to HRIS and HR processes and procedures.
- Responds to employee inquiries by phone, ticket, or email to ensure courteous, timely resolution by adhering to SLAs, quality, and standards.
- When necessary, escalates inquiries to HR Center of Excellence and/ or HR Business Partners after completing initial research when appropriate to ensure prompt resolution.
What makes you successful:
- Open for fresh graduates or HR work experience with less than a year of employment.
- Possesses excellent problem solving, continuous improvement, and analytical capabilities.
- Takes accountability for and delivers consistent decisions, actions and results.
- Promotes a culture of integrity, ethics and compliance and practices through implementation of and adherence to compliance policies, training and monitoring programs.
- Amenable to work on a Tuesday - Saturday 3AM - 12PM shift.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
Remote Workplace:
- Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
