Realtor.com is looking for an HR Program Manager who can flexibly and skillfully pivot among building, managing and communicating people-facing strategies, programs and initiatives, including a specific focus on DEI. This role brings operational rigor to how we create and deliver people programs, excelling at taking them from ideation all the way through to delivery and impact.
As a successful candidate, you’ll bring curiosity and a strategic mindset to building and sharing important people initiatives to both the HR organization and the company at large. Your work will span from thought leadership across all facets of people strategy, to excellent execution as we build and launch new people programs, to applying creativity and storytelling in bringing important people priorities to life, and everything in between.
This is a full-time, hybrid position that reports to the Head of Employee Engagement and Communications and requires the successful candidate to be in office at our Scottsdale, AZ location three days a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the People Leadership team to support development and execution and provide operational oversight for key HR strategies, programs and plans.
- Evolve and expand our DEI strategy, including stewarding our ERGs (improve upon/further enable ERG strategy and programs, onboard/execute succession planning for leaders, report progress, lead program communications, etc.), ensuring the groups remain structurally sound, effective, and positioned for success. Facilitate meaningful connections and shared purpose among ERG chairs and create opportunities for cross-ERG collaboration.
- Manage Chief People Officer operational deliverables, including content sourcing and development, change management, meeting and event strategy and content.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 10 years experience in human resources, in the areas of project management, communications and/or as a DEI practitioner; experience supporting and enabling ERGs a plus
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related field, Communications or English, or an equivalent number of years of relevant work experience. MBA is a plus
- Ability to think strategically, and to translate and map business and initiative strategy into effective, audience- and data-driven people and communications programs and tactics
- Ability to handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion and oversight
- Excellent project management skills, including project and milestone definition and oversight, proactive stakeholder engagement/guidance, and metrics definition/tracking
- Strong writer; storytelling approach to communications; ability to translate complex concepts for broad audiences (writing samples required)
- Ability to work and partner effectively in a matrixed organization
- Well-organized with attention to detail and quality
- Team player who is comfortable collaborating closely with others and shifting focus between multiple projects and priorities each day
- Knowledge of real estate industry and/or technology industry a plus
