Job Description
- Take care of personnel evaluation and development
- Participate in face-to-face meetings and interviews
- Ensure employees onboarding
- Contribute to employee's motivation efforts
- Help with internal activities aimed at corporate culture development
- Assist in recruitment, position transfers, rotations, and dismissals
- Take part in the organization of corporate events
- Support the company's staff database
- Participate in the development of the company's personnel policies
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry)
- HR interviewing experience
- Full cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention of personnel
- Experience in introducing, composing, and updating the company's policies
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
