About the job:
As HR Organizational Data Specialist, you will be responsible for executing effective and efficient service delivery within the area of People Reporting and Organizational Management. You will manage incoming service tickets, ensuring timely assignment and resolution and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data across all systems
You will report to the People Services and Solutions Team Lead of Global HR Data
What you'll do:
As a member of our Global HR Data Team, you will work with colleagues from different locations and support stakeholders from the US, LATAM and Mexico. You will take the initiative in identifying gaps or inefficiencies in data management processes and act as a proactive problem-solver, always seeking better ways to support the department’s objectives.

In detail you will:

Receive, assesses and fulfil standard requests e g. Workday. TalentONE and other HR tools

Prioritize tickets based on urgency, impact, and service level agreements (SLAs), escalating issues when necessary
-
Track the progress of open tickets and ensure they are resolved within the designated timelines
-
Identify and correct discrepancies proactively before they escalate
-
Promote self-service mindset
-
Approach data issues as challenges to solve, not as roadblocks
-
Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve data challenges promptly
-
Drive and participate in cross-team initiatives and projects of medium to high complexity
-
Suggest Cl ideas and drive their realization under moderate guidance

Propose solutions to existing problems
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Fluent English
-
Understanding of data analytics and various statistical methods
-
Previous experience working with HR systems used HR: Workday, TalentONE (Cornerstone) ServiceNow or other
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

Previous experience in a similar domain – People, HR, sensitive data management
-
Understanding of entire Employee Lifecycle and People Data Processes will be an advantage

Experience in working with international stakeholders

Excellent customer care and communication skills
-
Prioritization skills, resilience and proactiveness

Continuous improvement mindset
-
Great analytical skills and strong technical skills (knowledge of Power BI will be an asset)

Knowledge of the Spanish or Portuguese will be an advantage
This role requires availability to work in the afternoon hours in US time zone 2pm-10pm CET
