BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years work experience in HR generalist/HR operations/ IT recruitment in a high-tech product/services company.
- Willingness to work from office min 3 days a week.
- Data analysis skills using excel or similar tools.
- Ability to partner with different levels of stakeholders across the organization to achieve results.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
- Persistent and creative self-starter with a result oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Approachable
- Open to learning and adaptable to new areas of work
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive topics with tact.
- Openness to work in an ambiguous environment, take risks, and overcome obstacles.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with ATS/HRIS and other HR tools
- Data analytical skills, working knowledge in excel/sheets
- Experience in HR operations
- Successful experience working with stakeholders in local and international locations.
- Experience in managing HR engagement programs
JOB DUTIES
- We are looking for a junior HR operations team member at Platform9 Pune.
- The individual will work closely with the HR team, managers, and employees, including cross-functional teams, e.g., finance and IT.
- The role will require the individual to support all site-related HR operations
- Support recruitment activities, which include interview scheduling, support campus drives, onboarding and offboarding of employees and other branding initiatives.
- Engage with managers and employees as required and help plan and organize engagement programs
- Work on data analysis, reports, management, and compliance activities for India.
- Other HR work maybe assigned to the individual based on projects, assignments and capability demonstrated
