Programmers Force is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team. As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR processes and functions, ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Manage employee data and HR systems
  • Coordinate benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Handle employee relations and address employee inquiries and concerns
