This leader will champion HR technology initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure data integrity to support informed decision-making across the People & Organization (P&O) function.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of key P&O systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Cornerstone OnDemand or Docebo, Time & Absence Management platforms such as Kronos or UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), Payroll systems like ADP or Workday, and Case Management solutions such as ServiceNow. Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, data privacy).
- Oversee all non-HCM P&O applications implementations and upgrades ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery that meets business requirements.
- Lead the implementation of efficient and scalable P&O processes, leveraging technology to improve workflows, and enhance the employee experience. Collaborate with the P&O Service Excellence team to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives from a system standpoint.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements related to P&O systems and data. Manage internal and external audits of P&O systems.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of P&O systems and operations professionals. Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members.
- Collaborate effectively with P&O business partners, CoE Leads, IT, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure non HCM P&O systems and processes meet their requirements.
- Focus on enhancing the employee experience through user-friendly and integrated P&O systems. Solicit feedback from employees and identify opportunities to improve P&O service delivery.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in HR systems and operations, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing HR technology ini-tiatives.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and best practices, including talent management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms, including LMS, Time & Absence, Payroll, Case Management, Talent Management, and Rewards systems. Experience with specific platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus
