SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Supports the HR Operations team with advanced administrative and technical responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1. Provides general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms, reports, arranging meetings, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copies, and tracking deadlines.
2. Provides high-level support for general HR inquiries in relation to payroll, benefits, and compensation.
3. Screens telephone calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence.
4. Assures that proper clearances have been obtained, when needed, for various tasks or communication.
5. Collects information from files or staff for routine inquiries on staff programs or periodic reports and refers non-routine requests to supervisor or appropriate staff.
6. Coordinates various personnel and administrative forms for the office and forwards them for processing.
7. Ensures that requests for information or action are relayed to the appropriate staff member and, as needed, interprets such requests, and assists in implementing action where necessary.
8. Prepares paperwork and reports as necessary.
9. Assists with various projects and initiatives within the department as assigned.
10. Collaborates with other HR team stakeholders, providing resources and materials that support their programs and align with initiatives.
11. Performs a variety of other tasks and related work, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of previous administrative experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills, preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database, and other applicable software programs. Workday experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and maintain filing and office systems.
• Experience with correspondence composition and interpretation.
• Skill in information routing, interpretation, and implementation.
• General knowledge of HR best practice.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.
COMMENTS
