Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our HR team. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, this role is critical to supporting HR systems, ensuring compliance, managing HR data, and streamlining processes to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to key HR initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver meaningful insights that influence decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Systems & Data Management
  • Manage and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, Benefits, LMS, and other platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve system issues, implement enhancements, and support integrations.
  • Assist with system-related projects, including upgrades and implementations, to ensure successful rollouts.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business and compliance needs.


  1. Compliance & Auditing
  • Support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations by ensuring HR operations align with legal standards.
  • Assist with documentation and audits for areas such as EEO-1, CA Pay Data Reporting, 401(k), ISO certifications, AAP, OSHA 300, and Radford Survey.
  • Conduct periodic data audits to ensure accuracy and maintain readiness for external and internal audits.


  1. Process Optimization & Documentation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR operational processes and propose best practices for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations Manager to document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge bases.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.


  1. Project Support & Collaboration
  • Support HR projects, including onboarding, open enrollment, performance reviews, and merit cycles, by providing coordination and operational expertise.
  • Assist with benefits and immigration administration, supporting the HR Ops team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to execute initiatives effectively.
  • Assist with global HR initiatives, including compliance and operational support for international teams.


  1. Employee Support & Knowledge Sharing
  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR systems, processes, and policies.
  • Assist in developing and delivering user training materials, workshops, and documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot system-related issues to ensure a seamless employee experience.


Qualifications


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or HRIS-related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as BambooHR, Workday, HiBob, ADP Workforce, Paylocity, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with LMS implementation or management is a plus but not a core requirement.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and Google Sheets
  • Ability to create, analyze and interpret reports and spreadsheets to build data files that require data manipulation and validation
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., EEO, GDPR, FLSA, ISO certifications).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The salary range for this role is $95-$110k annually.
