HR manager

Alleima Business Unit (BU) Medical produce and sell components for life changing medical devices. We are on an exciting growth journey and have during the last years made three acquisitions and set up two greenfield sites. Being a truly global organization, we have manufacturing sites in Germany, Switzerland, Poland and Italy as well as in the USA. We are also starting up a site in Malaysia.

We are now looking for an HR manager to our latest acquisition in Poland, ENDOX Polska Sp. z o.o.

Your Role
 

As an HR Manager, you are a central part of the business at large where you support the business in a broad HR context. Your role includes supporting the business in a multifaceted way and contributing to results in business related HR issues based on local business strategy as well as the central HR agenda, running relevant HR programs and activities to achieve results for the business in the short and long term. You are part of the local management team for the production unit and function as their natural partner and are expected to contribute with your perspectives on a wide range of issues. You are also the specialist in HR where, in addition to business support, you delve deep into HR areas that apply to needs.

While being the only HR person for Alleima in Poland, you will be part of a global HR community where we support each other and work together to achieve the people strategy.

About You
 

We believe that you have several years of experience in operational and tactical HR work and are used to working independently with standard HR processes. You have an academic background in HR, and you have experience in labour law and applicable regulated processes.

As a person, you are proactive, self-motivated and energetic. You enjoy a varied workday and have a good ability to build relationships and collaborate across organizations. Flexibility and structure are important in the role, as is the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and to handle challenges.

With Business unit Medical being very globalized, proficiency in English is important as well as of course Polish to be able to interact with local colleagues and authorities.

Additional Information
 

Depending on how we structure the role, it can be between 50 and 100%. So we welcome applicants who want to work part time as well as full time.

Your will be reporting to the local Production unit Manager and collaborate closely with the BU Medical HR manager, based in Sweden.
