We are looking for you if you have:

1 year of working experience in a Shared Services environment, preferably with HR processes or Customer Service,

Very good English + French (B2+/C1), both speaking and writing,

Experience in cooperation and building the positive relationships with external / internal business partners,
-
Excellent communication skills, readiness to learn and collaborate,
-
Strong people & client orientation,
-
Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in the process,
-
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.

Experience in transition activities: preparation / review of the documentation, process & tools setup,

Expertise in agile, operational management, quality management and risk,

Experience in working with Workday, ServiceNow, MS Office,

Knowledge of Belgian labor law.
Your responsibilities:

Act as a contact person for the HR Business Partners, managers and employees for HR-related queries and advise based on labor law provisions as well as policies of ING,
-
Taking care of administrative tasks for colleagues that join, leave or change jobs within ING Group,
-
Maintaining employee data,
-
Creating contracts and other HR documentation,
-
Handling employee inquiries and supporting the managers in their tasks,
-
Maintaining the knowledge base for employees and managers,
-
Training new team members,
-
Assist to implement policies, procedures, or systems.
