Job Description

HR Administration & Operations:

  • Structuring and organizing HR-related documents (collection of pre-onboarding documents, preparation of employment contracts) according to labor law requirements
  • Creation and implementation of human resources strategies, in line with the business strategy
  • Implementation of occupational health and safety regulations
  • Participation in optimization of HR everyday processes
  • Organization of training events and team events
  • Management of various HR queries and follow-up activities ad-hoc if needed
  • Management of relocation projects by collecting necessary documents and ensuring a timely appropriate action
  • Ensuring compliance with local practices and regulations at all stages of the employee life-cycle (onboarding, employment, termination process)

People & Organization:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and team lead with questions related to performance management
  • Partner and collaborate with various stakeholder groups within the company on projects, employment-related questions, and contribute to an HR strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and conducting surveys on well-being and staying up-to-date with market trends

Payroll:

  • Integration of payroll data into the HRIS (salary increases, promotions, personal data changes, time-off, sick leave)
  • Ensuring that the internal employee database is up-to-date and integrate information
  • Collaboration with payroll providers, tax consultancies, and social partners
  • Providing access to employee platforms and technical support on the first day
  • Being the point of contact for all employees and the administrative support
  • Preparation of orders for payroll payouts as well as follow up and record keeping

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role (HRBP, People Manager etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent education/ field
  • Strong knowledge of labor code, social security and payroll tax law in Uzbekistan
  • Fluent in English + Russian is mandatory, any other language is considered as an asset
  • Solid knowledge of MS office tools and communication tools
  • Ability to work in dynamic fast-paced and matrix-organized company structures
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and analytical approach in problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and a good sense of time management
  • Team-orientated and open-minded for intercultural work experience
  • High motivation for learning and self-development
