The Knowledge Manager Associate Director is responsible for executing HR content strategy, with focus on Kyndryl’s ServiceNow HRSD knowledge base, ensuring that the system and content remain current, accurate, relevant, and easily accessible to all Kyndryls. They will play a vital role in creating and implementing strategies to optimize the usage, growth, and enhancement of the Kyndryl HR knowledge base over time. By blending technical knowledge skills and thoughtful partnership, this role will toggle between technical platform execution and strategic thinking by shaping the strategy of how information is shared across Kyndryl and designing Kyndryl’s knowledge workflows in partnership with key stakeholders across Kyndryl. Additionally, the Knowledge Manager Associate Director is expected to support HR change management activities across transformation initiatives.

• 5+ years experience in HR Knowledge Management and Knowledge Architecture.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, human resources, or similar field.

• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and HRSD technology and partner between technical and functional concepts.

• Experience in HRSD (Service Now for HR) Knowledge Management module.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management to balance competing priorities and ambiguous tasks.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills in the learning technology domain with the capability to engage meaningfully and execute effectively.

• Experience in change management.

• This role supports a global team and some meetings may require flexibility of working hours to accommodate time zone differences

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $116,760 to $221,880 based on a full-time schedule. 

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: 

California: $128,400 to $266,040 

Colorado: $116,760 to $221,880 

New York City: $140,040 to $266,040 

Washington: $128,400 to $243,960 

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.  Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
