We have 2 offices in Japan, one at 29F Toranomon Hills Mori Tower, 1-23-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo and the other at 14F Toranomon Hills Business Tower, 1-17-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-6490
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operational duties such as P-file maintenance, HR Documentation and HR related letters
- Lead organization company culture events such as team building, culture day, all-hands meeting and to build rapport, engage and sustain good relationships with stakeholders
- Play a role as the employee life-cycle champion to look into pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding activities
- Address queries on all HR related matters for example, onboarding/offboarding, mobility, claims and/or benefits related questions
- Promote wellness programmes to help further enhance the culture and happiness of the Japan office
- Promote communication and exchanges between the 2 legal entities in Japan
- Vendor Sourcing / Procurement / Invoice payment processing
- Support planning and organizing training for employees.
- Optimize HR operations processes
- Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects from time to time
Who We Look For
Requirements
- Currently an undergraduate with a bachelor’s degree or above. Prior HR related work experience or internships will be a strong plus
- Possess strong communication skills, self driven individual and is proactive
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow up on actions
- Decent understand of the local laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
