General Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and driven HR intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide an opportunity for exposure to a number of disciplines within the HR function as well as focusing on special projects needed to support the HR organization.
This internship will primarily focus on supporting our culture, employee engagement and inclusion efforts. A key area of focus will be supporting the development and roll out of our culture program, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback from employees, coordinating company events, managing employee data, and helping to maintain a positive workplace culture, often by collaborating with different departments to identify and address employee experience.
Essential Duties:
Employee Experience and Culture:
Provide support in the design, delivery and implementation of our company culture program. In addition, supporting the enhancement of our company values, engagement activity as well as branding and alignment with other parts of the organization.
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
Assisting with planning and executing of engagement activities and actions associated with engagement survey feedback, employee appreciation events, team-building activities, or wellness programs. Support the program management of various programs and initiatives
Feedback Collection and Analysis:
Supporting the employee feedback process through employee surveys, exit interviews, or focus groups to gather input on employee experience.
Analyze and develop actions to support and address the feedback and partnering with leaders throughout the organization as needed. Analyzing employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement related to employee satisfaction.
Communication Support:
Partner with our internal communications and media team to support both and internal and external communications, messages, videos, etc. related to company culture, employee experience and engagement
Diversity and Inclusion:
Helping to implement and manage employee diversity and inclusion events, communications, strategy with the HR team and employee resource groups
Learning and Development Support:
Assisting with the coordination of training programs or professional development opportunities
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives:
Supporting department goals of efficiency and process improvement.
Engage in value stream mapping process for HR function and partner with team to complete goals for the annual plan
Collaboration with all HR Departments:
Shadowing and exposure to all HR disciplines as part of the internship rotation of activities within the function.
Working with other HR teams to improve cross-functional collaboration.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
Prior internship or job experience in a corporate team setting
Required Education:
Masters degree in progress
Physical Requirements:
General office environment requiring ability to:
Stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
Speak and listen to others in person and over the phone
Use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports

Compensation:
The pay range for this position $43 - $48 per hour.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
