Ultradent, the global leader in oral health, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our dedicated HR team. This position is full-time and on-site, generally aligned with typical business hours. We are looking for a people-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support our manufacturing team. This role focuses on fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and open communication while delivering essential HR support. You’ll work closely with employees and leaders to ensure compliance, address concerns, and support engagement and performance initiatives across the site.
General Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Communication

Foster a culture of open, transparent communication across all levels of the organization.

Build strong relationships with employees and frontline leaders through regular presence on the production floor.

Encourage employee feedback and act as a trusted, approachable resource for guidance and support.

Support and coordinate on-site employee events, training, and engagement initiatives.

Create and distribute internal communications related to HR policies, programs, and initiatives.

Serve as a liaison to HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to connect teams with resources and expertise.
Employee Relations & Feedback

Promote fairness and consistency in addressing concerns, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Act as a bridge between employees and leadership, providing feedback and insights to improve team morale and performance.

Identify and address employee relations issues early through proactive observation and communication.

Provide coaching and support to supervisors to improve team dynamics and effectiveness.

Monitor employee pulse and contribute to strategies that improve engagement and retention.
HR Compliance & Operational Support

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company employment laws and policies.

Assist employees with general HR-related questions, including benefits, policies, and procedures.

Communicate benefits offerings clearly and direct employees to the appropriate experts as needed.

Deliver and support general training for employees and first-line leaders on HR-related programs and processes.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is ideal

Familiarity with HRIS systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and leadership levels

Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic, high-volume environment

Bilingual in English and Spanish, or another relevant language, strongly preferred
