Introduction
An approachable and supportive HR Generalist will proactively identify HR priorities that align with iRobot’s strategy to further business performance. This person will provide active guidance and partnerships with managers and employees to help them develop their skills. You will understand key people issues in business teams, make recommendations and represent their needs.
With a focus on strong relationships, you will play a mediating role between iRoboteers that need support in their interactions. As a culture-builder, you will look for ways to align programs and objectives with our core values. You are motivated by being an employee champion and change agent. Communicating needs proactively with our HR team and business groups, you seek to develop integrated solutions.
What You Will Do:

Provide support in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, and recognition for our Americas Sales, Supply Chain and Digital Technology organizations.

Work with the HR Business Partners to continuously improve, update, and maintain HR tools and processes. Support the teams with Workday related reporting and tasks.

Partner with HR teams (TA, Comp, Benefits, Operations, etc.) to drive support of overall HR goals.

Investigate innovative alternatives to existing HR practices to develop programs and processes that facilitate company growth.

Assist with employee development training programs, this includes helping with communications, creation of supporting documentation and training, attendance tracking, training set up, etc.

Support all the strategic initiatives & projects in the department

Assist with Talent Enablement programs. This includes communication of program timelines, running status reports and helping client groups with general questions.
To Be Successful You Will Have:

BA/BS degree 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in fast paced and dynamic environment.
