  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
  • Partner with the business on training initiatives, including programs in partnership with local colleges. 
  • General employee relations associated with a scaling organization. 
  • Maintain the confidentiality of personal employee information, company information, records, and related issues in accordance with all the applicable laws.
  • Administration of all employee transfers, leave of absence, change of status and change of employee information.
  • Filing of documents pertaining to employee personnel files, medical files, and work compensation files.
  • Communication with employees about any issues, questions, and concerns. As well, as posting notice of all communication throughout the plant.
  • Administration of all employee benefits, including: Health Insurance, 401K, Company Life Insurance, PTO.
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to read, write and speak English effectively
  • Proficiency with database applications and administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize.
  • Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and associates.
  • Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives are prerequisites.
  • Strong working knowledge of Human Resources Information System
  • Demonstrated good internal customer service skills
  • Proven presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to navigate complexity and problem solve despites at times having lack of clarity or ambiguity.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience working in high-volume production facilities.
  • Experience in both non-union and union environments

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80k –$105k, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. The range listed in the job posting represents the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across all U.S. locations. Actual compensation within the range will be influenced by the specific work location, along with factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
