Logic20/20 is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a solid foundation in HR service delivery. This role provides an opportunity to drive and support the company’s long-term vision and impact the continued growth of a seven-time “Best Place to Work” consulting organization. The ideal candidate will support operational and business goals by providing a broad range of HR services in the functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, employment law, organizational development, benefits, safety and regulatory compliance and administration. This role will be responsible for ensuring a positive employee experience, driving HR initiatives, and supporting the overall business objectives.
Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by proactively addressing employee concerns, conducting confidential HR investigations, disciplinary actions, performance management and facilitating conflict resolution conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Compensation and Benefits: Answer employee questions around our benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies (e.g FMLA, LOA); Provide support during the annual compensation review process; and address key stake holder questions..
- HR Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations; maintain and update employee records; assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; and stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate HR risks.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver engaging training programs using Workday, empowering employees with the knowledge they need to succeed. Deliver engaging training sessions on various topics, such as leadership development, performance management, succession planning, career competency modeling etc. Partner with manager to create individual development plans for employees.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements; prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports; provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis; and support HR initiatives with data-driven decision-making
- Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing your expertise and helping us achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications
- 4 – 7 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Experience across various HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, training and development and compliance.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Workday
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- PHR or SPHR certification highly preferred
Additional Information
At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
