About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with strong office management capabilities to join our team in Mexico City. This role combines basic HR functions with office management responsibilities and oversees payroll processes for the LATAM region. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, knowledge of Russian is a significant advantage.
Main responsibilities
-Handle end-to-end HR processes: relocation, obtaining visas and permissions, onboarding, employee relations, and in future performance management.
- Compliance with local labour laws and regulations in the LATAM region.
- Administering benefits and leave programs along with monthly payroll reports
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain a positive office culture and ensure a comfortable working environment.
- Oversee payroll processes for LATAM employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations in the LATAM region and any possible changed in legislation.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Mexico office and global team
- Ensure timely updates for the team on global changes and company news, alignment with global policies and procedures
- Support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with exposure to office management.
- Good understanding of LATAM payroll processes and regulations or ability to quickly learn or upgrade your knowledge.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of Russian is a huge plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
NB: This is an office-based position, and remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available
