For our plant in Altopascio, we are looking for an HR Generalist Intern to join the Human Resources team. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to support personnel management and organizational development activities at the plant, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and stimulating environment. What you will do :

Supporting recruitment and selection processes and screening CVs for plant personnel searches.

Assisting in personnel administration, particularly in contractual aspects.

Participating in the organization of corporate events and team-building activities for employees.

Collaborating in the management of training and personnel development activities.

Supporting employee relations management and handling their requests.
Who you are
-
Degree in humanities, economics, or related fields; a master’s in human resources is a plus.

Prior internship experience is considered an advantage.

Ability to collaborate and interact with various internal stakeholders.

Autonomy in work, ability to meet deadlines, and strong work ethic.

good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English.

Good time management and prioritization skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
