Job Description
Responsible of attract and keep the best employees in the Commercial & Support area of South America. The focus will be on talent acquisition, employee assessment, bring the right people for the right roles and looking for new ways to search candidates, as head hunting, alliances with study centers or government entities. Be the first point of contact for RPO's and be the responsible for the process from the beginning to the end. Support and execute projects, programs & activities of People & Performance South America (Chile & Colombia) in order to improve engagement and performance of all the team.
Activities:

  • Ensure and execute end-to-end Talent Acquisition process.
  • Be the first point of contact with RPO's.
  • Ensure a robust talent acquisition process with different projects such as Interns, Trainees that company brings.
  • Support execution of onboarding.
  • Develop (with the input from HRBPs) the annual Talent Acquisition plan for the BU. Also manage the Recruitment Budget.
  • Help in the execution of strategy for diversity and inclusion across the BU- ensuring diversity and inclusion throughout all talent processes/practices.
  • Lead and execute the Employee Branding, strategy by developing relationships with study centers or government entities, to attract talent and help to manage social media annual strategy plan with the person in charge of Local Communication and the agency.
  • Support the teams of: Communication, Talent Development and Rewards & Compensation with activities.
  • Support and execute programs & activities of People & Performance.


Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related areas.
  • 3+ years of experience working in talent acquisitions process and with people management areas.
  • Advanced English (a part of the interview will be done in English).
