Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about shaping the employee experience? Constructor Tech is looking for a seasoned HR Expert to join our team in Turkey and play a key role in driving innovative HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

As an HR Expert, you will:

  • Handle HR Operations: Manage analysis, reporting, payroll, compliance, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support Employment Transitions: Prepare and manage all paperwork for new hires, promotions, and terminations.
  • Own Onboarding and Employment Processes: Streamline onboarding and ensure smooth employment processes for Turkish hires.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and review key performance indicators to ensure goals align with company objectives.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and refine HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company culture.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and support employee mobility.
  • Office Management: Oversee office-related activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and workplace efficiency.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Manage relationships with Technopark, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead HR Projects: Oversee performance reviews, KPIs process, employee engagement surveys, education initiatives, and more.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing grievances, fostering engagement, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Strategy Contribution: Collaborate on long-term HR strategies to support organisational growth and scalability.
  • Training and Development: Organize and oversee training programs to upskill employees and promote continuous learning.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: 

  • Extensive HR Expertise: 10+ years of proven experience in diverse HR projects.
  • Labor Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Turkey’s labor market.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Turkish labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Multitasking Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively, using sound judgment to prioritise company goals.
  • Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Effectively communicate with individuals across different roles, levels, and backgrounds.
  • Language Proficiency: Working-level English (C1) and fluency in Turkish.
  • Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel within Turkey.
