Job Description
The HR Division Representative II performs HR-related duties and provides support under general supervision to multiple HR functions and processes. The HR Division Representative II communicates, administers, and implements human resources related programs, policies, and procedures. Exhibits proficiency in a range of Human Resources activities. Supports company compliance programs to ensure equity, legal compliance, and reinforcement of non-discriminatory employment practices. Enters and organizes data into multiple systems, prepares and maintains employee files, prepares reports and FAQs to support departmental programs. Contributes to department projects and goals and may be assigned cross-training and responsibilities in any of the HR Division's functional areas.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with two years of experience in healthcare, human resources or related field OR some college coursework plus minimum four years customer service or administrative experience
Two years Human Resource experience
Direct experiential working knowledge of HR process and concepts and labor laws; may include related academic education
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and is detail oriented
Strong customer service skills, conflict resolution, and follow-through
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Demonstrates teamwork and the ability to develop positive relationships
Demonstrated organizational, time management and prioritization skills while working under pressure to be able to adapt to constantly changing business needs Demonstrated computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel;
Familiarity with human resources systems and software.
Salary Range:
$35.80 - $53.70 USD Hourly
