Job Summary
The ideal candidate will assist with various HR-related and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing crucial support to both the HR Manager and employees. This role is key to maintaining compliance with local regulations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our growing team.
Essential Functions
- HR Administrative Support on all HR matters
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements at Monaco Employment Service, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
- Manage new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition by coordinating with internal departments (IT, managers, etc.).
- Handle employee file management, both digital and paper, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare employment contracts, addendums, and other necessary HR documentation under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Assist with employee follow-up, including tracking PTO balances, absences, and employment-related requests.
- Assist with preparing and managing employee terminations and resignations, including drafting administrative letters (disciplinary actions, summons, etc.).
- Manage mail for the company, including receiving, dispatching to the relevant departments, and replying to official correspondence from government entities within set deadlines.
- Organize and manage meetings, coordinating with other departments and external contacts.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to Monaco Employment Services and other authorities (e.g., applications for work permits and employee formalities).
- Maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring that orders are placed when necessary to avoid shortages.
- Handle office-related logistics, including booking meeting rooms and coordinating visitor arrangements.
- Assist with HR compliance efforts, ensuring that all procedures adhere to Monaco’s labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the management of health insurance processes by helping employees fill out forms and sending them to insurance companies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR and/or administrative support role
- Education: A degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Monaco employment laws and regulations is highly desirable
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
- Strong ethics and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

What We Do
Designed to combine the luxury lifestyle of The Ritz-Carlton® and the casual freedom of a yachting vacation, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection will offer voyages on three custom-built yachts. Calling on unique and distinguished destinations alike, most voyages range from seven to ten nights, offering many overnight calls and uniquely curated experiences ashore. Each yacht will feature 149 suites, each with its own private terrace, and accommodate up to 298 guests in a relaxed, casually elegant atmosphere. As with The Ritz-Carlton® on land, each yacht will feature personalized service, elevated dining and luxury amenities. The yachts are also available for private charter.
