Your Mission: As the HR Business Services Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our HR services. In this senior-level role, you will set strategic and organizational goals that will have an immediate and lasting impact on our company. You will operate globally, with a specific focus on enhancing HR services in the Americas, while collaborating as part of a dynamic global team. Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, Global HR Services, this role will impact a headcount of 21,000 employees, making your contributions vital to our success.
In this hybrid role, you will build and lead a team of 7 direct reports who are People Leaders across our key business units and sites in the Americas. Your direct reports will manage a diverse team of HR Specialists and Generalists spread across the Americas, ensuring effective HR service delivery tailored to the unique needs of each location. You will embrace a forward-thinking approach to design practical, ready-to-use solutions that elevate our HR function and drive business value.
Your first order of business will be to build the team from scratch. You will play a crucial role in the selection process, helping to establish the entire structure of the HR team to ensure it meets the needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient delivery of HR services, ensuring adherence to corporate standards while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

Performance Measurement: Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of HR services and identify areas for enhancement.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of 7 direct reports who are People Leaders across our key business units and sites in the Americas. Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years working alongside senior leaders.

Broad HR experience at a multi-country level, specifically with domain knowledge in Labor Relations, Employee Relations and Performance Management.

Proven ability to manage HR operations efficiently and effectively.

Experienced people leader with a strong background in hiring and building high-performing teams.

Exceptional people, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven track record of implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence and enhance HR service delivery.

Strategic thinker with the ability to make quick and confident decisions.
