The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in driving organizational performance through people. Acting as a strategic consultant and advisor, the HRBP provides HR expertise in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. This role supports leaders in driving a high-performance culture and delivering business outcomes through effective people practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand short- and long-term strategic goals and align HR initiatives accordingly.
- Provide guidance and coaching on organizational structure, workforce planning, change management, and employee development.
- Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to support talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation, and HR operations.
- Lead or support performance management processes, leadership capability building, and career development planning.
- Identify and address people-related risks and opportunities through data-driven insights and regular engagement.
- Champion diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives across assigned business units.
- Mediate employee relations matters and ensure resolution aligns with company values and policies.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and business performance.
- Coach managers on effective people leadership and team dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- 4–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or client-facing HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in supporting senior leaders and navigating organizational complexity.
- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with data and analytics to drive insights and decision-making.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
