Job Description
As HR Business Partner you will enable the attraction, development, and retention of talent by aligning people practices with business needs. You contribute to a strong employee experience, support performance and growth, and help drive key HR initiatives that prepare the organization for the future.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the company’s values, goals, and operational needs.
- Support the development and retention of employees by implementing talent management strategies, career development plans, and succession planning.
- Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs that support the growth of employees and help prepare future workforce.
- Assist in managing performance processes, including regular evaluations, feedback sessions, and goal-setting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement and support initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement, fostering a collaborative and positive, inclusive work environment.
- Contribute to key HR projects, including process optimization, automation, and digitalization, driving efficiency across the HR function.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, addressing employee relations, performance issues, and organizational changes.

It is ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys making a difference across the employee journey, and is eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of people practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- Higher degree in HRM, business administration/management, or a related field.
- At least +5 years of experience in a generalistic HR role, preferably as HR BP.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and talent management.
- Experience with change management and organizational development is a plus.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French or other EU languages is a plus.
