Position Summary
As a HR Business Partner Your main responsibilities will be advising managers and employees on HR policies and projects in line with the companies’ regulations. Your expertise within HR will contribute to fostering a dynamic and engaging work environment. You will be handling some administrative and you need to be able to set the right priorities.
Role and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Enhance organizational performance and employee motivation by managing HR policies related to evaluation, promotion, reward, and discipline.
- Develop proactive solutions to drive change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Plan and oversee talent management processes, including performance reviews, workforce evaluation, development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to implement systems and processes that meet business needs.
- Monitor key HR indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and support action plan development.
- Advise on complex HR matters, including sick leave, exit procedures, and mediation between employees and managers.
- Coordinate the ‘Samsung Culture Index’ (employee engagement survey), providing feedback and recommendations to managers.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on trends and initiatives such as health & well-being.
- Ensure contribution to an accurate and complete HR administration.
Skills and Qualifications
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR experience.
- Proven track record in facilitating organizational change and implementing HR policies.
- Ability to act as a business partner, delivering practical solutions that drive team success.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to execution.
- Ownership mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong organizational awareness and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability yo provide strategic HR advice.
- Experience in transitioning to structured, framework-based HR environments.
