About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Tech teams and play a key role in shaping the employee experience at Lightricks. In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to managers and employees, helping to foster a strong, inclusive, and engaged work environment in a fast-paced, tech-driven company.

As an HRBP, you’ll work closely with leaders to develop their teams, drive engagement, and implement key HR processes that support both business goals and employee growth. You’ll also play a pivotal role in cross-company HR initiatives & process improvements.

What you will be doing

  • Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing coaching, feedback, and HR guidance.
  • Work with managers to strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Lead and support company-wide HR processes, including feedback processes, recognition programs, compensation cycles, and organizational changes.
  • Manage and support key employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, and personal milestones, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Utilize data analysis to drive insights and collaborate with internal teams such as L&D, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Welfare, and Operations to enhance HR processes and policies.
  • Be responsible for our Tech Manager Forum, creating a space for leaders to share insights, improve leadership skills, and drive collaboration.
  • Support and lead HR projects and process improvements, including global initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to help shape and execute HR policies that align with business needs and company culture.

Your skills and experience

  • 2-4 years of experience as a hands-on HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role (HRBP, HR Manager) preferably supporting R&D, engineering, or tech teams.
  • Experience in a tech-driven environment with a fast-paced, dynamic structure.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, Israeli employment laws, and organizational development principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong consultation skills with the ability to challenge and impact senior leaders 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and decision-making based on insights.
  • Ability to navigate change and drive initiatives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • High proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication).
