Wir suchen einen HR Business Partner, der die Praktiken im Personalwesen mit unseren strategischen Geschäftszielen in Einklang bringt. Der ideale Kandidat wird mit der Unternehmensleitung zusammenarbeiten, um HR-Strategien zu implementieren, die die Leistung des Unternehmens verbessern und das Talentmanagement unterstützen, einschließlich Akquisition, Entwicklung und Bindung.

Standorte: Die Rolle kann entweder in Nürnberg, Frankfurt oder Bad Homburg angesiedelt sein.

Was Sie tun werden

  • HR-Verantwortung und Unterstützung für das Wachstum der Vert-Organisation (z.B. Entwicklung der Mitarbeiterstruktur, Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung der Unternehmenskultur und Behandlung aller anderen HR-Fragen)

  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Geschäftsführers und der Führungskräfte in allen arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen

  • Beratung der Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragen wie Leistungsmanagement und Coaching, Mitarbeiterbeziehungen und Organisationsentwicklung

  • Entwicklung von Prozessen und Richtlinien und kontinuierliche Optimierung dieser Prozesse im Einklang mit den Vorgaben von Fiserv

  • Fokussierung auf alle Aspekte des Talentmanagements

  • Sicherstellung eines strategischen Ansatzes für das Vergütungsmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Compensation and Benefits

Was Sie mitbringen müssen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalmanagement, vorzugsweise in wachstumsstarken Unternehmen und in einem internationalen Umfeld

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse deutscher Rechtsgrundlagen, wie z.B. des Arbeitsrechts und des Betriebsverfassungsrechts

  • Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Reaktionsschnelligkeit und Belastbarkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
