About the position
The Experience Enhancement team was created to unify the strategy for employee experience by seamlessly blending digital and human touch points while continuously improving P&C (People & Culture) processes. The team leverages data to drive process improvements and enable scalable solutions, ensuring a seamless and impactful journey for every Nubanker.
We are searching for a Global HR specialist to work closely with Nubankers managers coaching them through a variety of People needs. The position is essential for implementing our P&C initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
You will be responsible for:
- Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics to different geos aligned with People Operations team and following available policy
- Coach Nubank managers on performance improvement, team/manager effectiveness, terminations and employee relations matters.
- Seek opportunities to identify and implement scalable and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes.
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, and design and quickly implement solutions.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Nubank's HR policies, local legal and regulatory knowledge and understand how to navigate the P&C ecosystem in order to effectively service Nubankers and leaders.
We are looking for someone:
- Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish
- Experience in mentoring leaders through daily HR topics such as performance enhancement and terminations
- Concise, clear, and objective communication skills
- Process improvement and project management experience
- Good stakeholder management: able to navigate ambiguous matters and influence a diverse set of partners and teams
- Creative problem-solving and hands-on approach and taking ownership
