Job Title: HR Business Partner & Projects EMEAC
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Job Description
The HR Business Partner & Projects EMEAC role is a dynamic position that combines HR business partnering with project management responsibilities. The role is split equally, with 50% dedicated to HR business partnering and 50% focused on managing key regional projects. Responsible for supporting the HR function across the EMEAC region, driving HR initiatives, and managing the HR aspects of projects for EMEAC, Functional Projects, Process Improvement, and Data & Analytics.
The role reports to Head of HR EMEAC
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering (50%):
- Act as a coach and HR subject matter expert, providing HR partnership in all key HR areas across multiple EMEAC markets.
- Execute the Global HR strategic direction, leadership, and guidance in all aspects of people management.
- Collaborate with the Global HR Centers of Excellence and wider HR Community to ensure alignment with the business strategy.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including organizational development, workforce planning, and driving transformation.
- Partner with Shared Service Teams, providing input where required and ensuring HR governance is maintained.
- Ensure compliance with statutory duties, regulations, and legislation, integrating organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal, Code of Business Ethics, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
- Drive change management and support line managers in executing organizational changes.
Project Management (50%):
- Manage critical projects supporting the commercial success of EMEAC, managing the HR aspects of projects such as Nemo and Relfydess for EMEAC, Functional Projects, Process Improvement, and Data & Analytics.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring flawless transition and alignment with the HR business strategy.
- Collaborate with the People Solution Centre (PSC) to standardize HR BP related processes across multiple geographies.
- Create, develop, and support continuous improvement processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency.
Ensure that project management activities meet legal, regulatory, and internal HR-related reporting requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Consultancy experience (from one of the leading strategy consulting firms) for a minimum of 2-3 years, followed by HR experience.
- Experience as an HR business partner highly desired
- Strong project management expertise is essential
- Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights to shape recommendations and decisions.
- Highly proficient in project planning, organization, and prioritization, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and demonstrate composure under stress. Hands-on.
- Effective team player with a passion for making a positive difference.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- University degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- A global mindset and the ability to work and collaborate with different functions and cultures to deliver results.
- Experience in a multicultural environment, typically gained through regional roles or location in foreign countries.
- Great communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all management levels.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
