The HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with the business to define, design and implement various people initiative in collaboration with other HR functions that positively impact the organization's performance and or culture. He/she consults with line management, provides daily HR guidance, analyzes trends and metrics, resolves complex employee relations issues, improves work relationships and productivity, and suggests HR strategies, aligning HR practices with business goals to support the organization’s success.

Daily challenges

  • Support the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, assisting with specific projects and tasks.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the efficient execution of HR services and tasks
  • Assist in HR policy development and provide guidance to employees.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition and development efforts.
  • Address basic employee relations matters and assist with conflict resolution.
  • Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Support HR leaders with special projects and tasks.
  • Maintain and update HR records and reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and external partners on various activities.

eXperience and skills required

  • Excellent French & English Language

  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Experience as HRBP
