HR Back Office Support Analyst

What will your responsibilities be?
- Provide assistance on HR-related inquiries to Employees across Europe and APAC region
- Support process requests within HR applications/systems
- Process semi-complex data request
- Generate and distribute regular and recurring standard reports
- Work with HR departments, Center of Expertise – COE, Learning Academies to support special requests and changes in HR processes and tools, and/or implementation of new services
- Escalate cases to special departments
- Update Work Instructions, Procedures, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) documentation
- Meet compliance regulations according to internal and external audits
- Participate in continues improvement initiatives and projects
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- 1 year of experience in administrative functions
- Experience in handling HR applications/systems
- Strong English skills. Preferable to have one other European languages skills like French, German, Portuguese, Italian
- Customer Service focus
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability of organization and prioritization of tasks
- Proactive
- Resilient to ambiguity and change environments
- Handling pressure during pick business days/hours

- Base monthly salary starting from 1450 EUR gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum in the advert
