The HR Analytics Insights & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for taking complex HR data analysis and translating it into clear, understandable insights for stakeholders, including leadership. This team member will surface and deliver insightful narratives to key stakeholders to continue our efforts of “leading with data”.

In this role, you’ll help leaders make data-informed and strategic decisions by contributing to HR analytics research and data analysis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who hopes to grow their data analysis and narrative skills across many different areas of an HR Data and Analytics function. This team member will have the opportunity to contribute to internal and external research, reports, newsletters, and insights briefings about turnover, headcount, survey and employee experience, and more. We love enthusiastic individuals who bring positivity to their work and are intrinsically motivated to produce high-quality work for our internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Gather, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources and produce data visualizations to include in reports, decks, and dashboards

  • Create executive level presentations and summaries of key findings

  • Use industry trends and academic research to inform COE practices and recommend improvements

  • Pull HR data reports for internal stakeholders as necessary

  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the HR function by educating and advising leaders

  • Provide consultation to HR partners to assist in telling the data story of their function and recommending best analysis or metrics for their use cases

  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and services

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform HR strategies and decision-making

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience creating and delivering analytics to stakeholders in a professional environment

  • Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports to inform decision-making

  • Strong data visualization and data storytelling skills. Copywriting, communications, technical writing, and/or presentation writing experience a plus

  • Proficiency in creating reports, charts, graphs, and dashboards that clearly communicate data findings

  • Experience conducting research or analytics within an organization.

  • Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and good verbal/written communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment on a global team

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar scientific field

  • Experience working with our tech stack (Tableau, Workday, Qualtrics, Snowflake, Python)

  • Experience using analytics tools to monitor content usage and effectiveness

  • Knowledge of Workday

  • Proficiency in Python (or R) and Snowflake/SQL

  • Experience in Google Slides, docs, and sheets preferred
