Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Analytics & Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our human resources operations through data-driven insights and streamlined automated processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving our HR strategies, enhancing workforce planning, and optimizing operational efficiencies. HRIS Management and Process Optimisation:

• Collaborate with process owners globally to analyze, optimize, automate, and expand HR systems to meet evolving needs HR processes

• Provide first-level support for HR systems, addressing user inquiries and issues

• Ensure data quality of HR data in coordination with responsible departments

• Conduct HR system trainings and manage training materials in coordination with the People Operations and Development team

HR Analytics and Compensation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs

• Support various departments and projects with the required HR data

• Offer data-based recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness

• Support compensation processes, including benchmarking, grading and salary reviews, pay equity analysis, and managing the salary and bonus cycle within the HR system

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR systems and process optimisation 

• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices

• Distinct analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and exceptional problem solving and numbers/data skills

• You are proficient in HRIS and Excel, other tools are an advantage (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

• Strong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects 

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• You are proficient in speaking and writing in English, German is a big plus

• You are team-oriented  “doer” (take ownership, self-driven) and adaptable professional who excels in service and process-oriented roles, approaches tasks with initiative, and thrives in hands-on environments
