Reporting to the Manager Human Resources you will provide enterprise-wide reporting and analytics support, ensuring integrity of data by gathering information, compiling, validating and distributing comprehensive reports and metrics. You will provide analysis of HR systems and project management of HR initiatives. Analyze data and generates reports and visualizations from HR information systems. Consult both internally and externally on best reporting practices and use of data.

You Will:

Data Management

  • Provide enterprise-wide reporting support, both routine, ad hoc and self-service end-user support
  • Be a consultant to clients, working to understand their request and end result usage and expectations.
  • Use existing reporting tools to develop solutions that meet clients' needs. Self-service solutions are used whenever possible.
  • Analyze results for accuracy based on clients' request
  • Develop and provide status reports (i.e. goals, metrics, statistics, and scorecards) to HR Employee Services (HRES) and several operating groups
  • Assist Analyst in HRES ticket analysis, internal metrics and goals.
  • Assist Analyst and HRES Management team with root cause identification of data integrity and quality related issues and identifies solutions to reduce and eliminate recurrence
  • Ensure processes are documented and current.
  • Follow established Service Level Agreement for reporting, QA and Customer Service Support
  • Follow and administers enterprise-wide security strategies, processes and procedures

HR Systems

  • Researches, analyzes and maintains HR system control tables.
  • Analyze requests for enhanced HR system functionality. Research alternative solutions to provide requested functionality and recommends solution that meets the business requirement.
  • Be a liaison between system business owners and Information Technology partners.
  • Participate in and lead HR system projects including upgrades, standard maintenance and new implementations.
  • Analyze and resolve system issues, working with system vendors and business owners.
  • Follow established processes for configuration, security, and HR system support.

You Have:

  • College degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems or 3+ years related experience required.
  • Experience working with Workday, PeopleSoft or Oracle SQL.
  • Experience with Tableau or any data visualization is a plus.
  • Ability to manipulate and extract data while maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to critically think and take complex information and break down into process
  • Willingness to work in a change-filled environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • This position requires you work from our Omaha office 3 days a week.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
