We are excited to be looking for an engaged HR Advisor to strengthen our HR team in Jotun! As our new colleague, you will help the organisation with recruitment of future talents and work with a variety of HR related tasks. The position will be located at our offices in Sandefjord and report to the HR Manager Services.

In this position you will be in the core of our HR operations, working with a variety of tasks and responsibilities related to employees and managers on all levels in the organisation:

  • Manage your own recruitment processes from A to Z, from crafting job postings, screening and managing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing and administrating job offers and more. 

  • Collaborate closely with managers on all levels in the organisation to assess hiring and organisation needs, as well as facilitating and supporting them in high-quality and inclusive recruitment processes.

  • Offer general support to the organisation related to HR subjects and our Human Resource Management (HRM) system

  • Support with tasks related to HR analytics and reporting

  • Contribute to improve and make our HR processes more efficient 

  • Support with various HR tasks and projects on an ad-hoc basis

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Formal competencies

We believe that various backgrounds can be relevant for this position and are looking for a candidate who brings the following qualifications to our team:

  • Bachelor degree or higher education in relevant field - extensive relevant experience can replace formal education

  • Some experience with recruitment is essential

  • Experience with and/or certification in relevant recruitment test tools (e.g., Aon assessments test battery) is preferred

  • Familiarity or practical knowledge with Human Resource Management (HRM) systems is considered an advantage

  • An interest and/or experience in HR analytics and system-focused tasks

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
