Sporty Group is seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager/HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Madrid. You will play a key role in managing our two-floor office and TV studio, overseeing daily operations, and providing support in administration and human resources. This hybrid position requires knowledge of Spanish labor laws, experience working with international teams, and multitasking across HR and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Assist with employee contracts, payroll support, and provide basic guidance on labor regulations.- Help coordinate onboarding processes with the Tech team, including initial technical setup.- Respond to daily HR inquiries from employees with support from the senior HR team.- Support in the development and updating of policies, such as health and safety plans, teleworking agreements, and time tracking.- Maintain HRIS and organize files in Google Drive.- Contribute to creating a positive work environment through company activities and team-building initiatives.- Provide occasional support to the international HR department as needed.
Administration/Office Management:
- Track and organize company invoices for the finance department.- Coordinate IT supplies for the office and TV studio.- Support in managing supplier relationships, budget negotiations, and payment handling.- Organize employee travel arrangements and assist in planning regional/global retreats.- Assist with office maintenance tasks, including managing key cards, alarm systems, and - cleaning services.- Help procure supplies for the office and studio
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.- 1-2 years in an HR Administrative role. - Basic knowledge of Spanish labor laws.- Proficiency in Google Workspace.- Bilingual in English and Spanish.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Hybrid role with 3/4 days of office attendance per week. Flexibility during certain times of the year will be provided.
