For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the HR Administration Specialist role.
About the Team
Join our local team responsible for delivering high-quality HR administrative support for UK and other European offices. Collaborating with UK and Warsaw HR teams, our team covers a wide array of employee-related services.
You will be responsible for:

Answering internal clients’ queries in timely manner.

Ensuring efficient delivery of HR processes for employees at all stages of employee’s life cycle.

Coordinating with external provider and internal HR Managers of Vero screening of candidates for Linklaters offices around the world (pre-employment screening).

Collaborating with HR Managers, Payroll, Global HR Systems and Learning & Development teams.

Making administrative changes in Workday. Monitoring and reporting on data accuracy.

Implementing processes to improve HR services.

Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and standards.
Apply if you:

Have 1-2 years of experience in HR administrative roles (experience in supporting UK would be an advantage).

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

Have a high level of English language skills.

Are proficient in MS office and case management systems.

Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Show initiative and problem-solving skills.

Have a commitment to continuous learning and development.
