HQ - IT Engineer - US

We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our IT Support team in the US, to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for our internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Location: US, Hybrid work

Responsibilities

• Receive user requests and track tickets from the opening of the incident to resolution and closure 
• Take user calls into account 
• Record reported incidents or operating anomalies 
• Process requests according to their importance, complexity and urgency 
• Assist users, if necessary, using remote support tools 
• Computer maintenance: Configuration of PCs, printers, mobile/landline telephones 
• Securing computer workstations and data 
• Track and update hardware in the management tool 
• Provide systems support not just locally, but also support other countries remotely

You have...

• Understanding of computer hardware and software
• Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Familiarity with common office software and productivity tools
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Problem-solving skills to address a wide range of IT problems
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users
• Efficient time management to prioritize and address multiple support requests
• Driver license and own car. Willing to travel between locations within the US when required

Nice if you also have…

• Familiarity with VPNs, and the ability to set up and troubleshoot networks
• Experience in OKTA administration, including managing user access and authentication
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and related applications 
• Familiarity with Avaya phone systems
