Establish commonality and build rapport with current owners. Articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.

How You'll Shine:

  • Establish commonality and build rapport with owners
  • Pitch the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations as a VIP owner
  • Upgrade current owner accounts
  • Provide information and knowledge of Wyndham Destinations product
  • Analyze current owner's vacation package
  • Close the deal by utilizing proper closing techniques (average transaction $30-35K)
  • Attend daily/monthly/quarterly sales meetings and/or trainings

What You'll Bring:

  • Must have sales experience (car sales, cellular sales, commission-based sales, vacation sales, insurance sales, real estate, bartending, serving, solar sales, etc.)
  • 3+ years sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to handle common objections and rejection
  • Must be commission driven and money motivated
  • Positive, upbeat and professional attitude required
  • High School or equivalent required, College Degree in related field preferred

Training requirements

  • Initial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.

Knowledge and skills

  • Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle. Must be energetic, outgoing and tenacious.

Technical Skills

  • General smart device skills
