Holman has a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team in Hayward CA!
- Starting pay: $28-$34/hr. based on Experience
- Shift: 830am-4:30pm

What will you do?
- Inbound Container prep: ensure the team follows the “Inbound Prep and Label Printing” work instruction
- Release Orders and Pick Ticket Prep: release Pick Tickets, group Pick Tickets, add/highlight notations, calculate weight, notate any needed replenishments
- Process all 3rd party billing shipments using customer information
- End of day processing: scan all Pick Tickets into PDFs, send all PDFs to accounting with reference numbers, fill all necessary paperwork, and if needed input all shipments into the Excel sheet
- Ensure responses to customer service requests are answered in a timely manner. This includes: rate quotes, priority orders, cycle count request, and follow up with carriers about pending outbound shipments
- Do a daily check of all open Pick Tickets using the Unconfirmed Pick Ticket report
- Do a weekly check/purchase of all warehouse and office supplies
- Assist employee as needed with completing required digital tasks and trainings
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Providing Guidance to customers on selecting equipment, quoting and product work orders
- Scheduling vehicles into production under the guidance of the Supervisor
- Ordering low stock
- Liaising with vendors and staff
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivables
What are we looking for?
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- MS Office Excel Experience
- Has a good attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize daily activities.
- Must pass a physical, drug test, and criminal background check prior to employment.
- Understand the value that quality plays in the overall success of the company, help in increasing the quality of our products for the appearance and safety for our customers.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $23.78 - $32.11 USD per hour.
